At MDV Commercial we believe in specialising in what we do best and therefore in areas such as preparation of Schedules of Dilapidation, complex rent reviews and complex lease agreements we utilise  the services  of well-respected firms and individuals who specialise in these fields and with who I have developed a close working relationship over the years allowing  me to act as the hub in all such negotiations.

As property owners you understand that each building has unique management requirements and the identification of these will form part of the initial evaluation. Once this has been completed a realistic costing for the service can be agreed. As a guide I anticipate that full management services will be provided on the most properties at between four and  seven percent of the passing rent roll this represents real value for money, saving the average client around 20% of his current management costs.
